Refund Policy

The short version

If Notchverse isn't for you, email within 14 days of buying and you get your money back in full. You don't have to explain why, and you don't have to prove you uninstalled it.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include the order number from your receipt. One line is enough.

Refunds are approved within two working days and go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how long it then takes to appear, usually five to ten working days.

After 14 days

The 14 day window is a guarantee, not a limit. If something is broken, if the app stops working on a later version of macOS, or if it never worked on your Mac in the first place, write anyway. A licence that doesn't run isn't a sale worth keeping.

The India monthly plan

The ₹59 monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the period you've already paid for. Part-months aren't pro-rated, but the 14 day guarantee above applies to your first payment just the same.

Chargebacks

Please email before raising a chargeback with your bank. A refund takes a day and costs nobody anything. A chargeback takes weeks and is charged to us whichever way it goes.

What "lifetime" covers

A lifetime licence covers every future version of Notchverse for as long as the app exists, on every Mac you personally use. It is not a subscription and will not charge you again. See the Terms for the full detail.
